Bond Refund

Your bond is held by the Residential Tenancies Bond Authority (RTBA). We will require you to complete a bond claim form in full and return to us signed by all parties so that we can process the speedy return of your bond. In order to expedite this process we highly recommend that you get a professional cleaner in to clean the apartment. A guide of what requires cleaning will be sent to you when you give notice of your intention to vacate.

Please ensure that all relevant keys, fobs, remote and receipts are also handed into your property manager in a timely manner. Finally, to speed up the return of your bond, ensure that the bond claim form has all required fields completed including your bank details so that the money can go directly into a nominated account.

Once all the keys to the property have been returned to the office your property manager will go and complete the outgoing condition report. As long as the property is all cleaned and we have the bond claim form the RTBA should be able to return your bond within 24 to 48 hours – longer if you require a cheque.
